Erin Ryan, MSW, MPH

Erin Ryan has over 15 years of experience providing non-profit management and direct services to people living in poverty or experiencing health crises. She currently serves at the Vice President of Operations at The Night Ministry, a Chicago-based organization providing mobile health services, street outreach, and shelter to youth and adults experiencing homelessness. Previously, she was the Executive Director of the Lincoln Park Community Shelter, providing outreach, shelter, and permanent supportive housing for adults experiencing homelessness.

Erin holds Masters of Social Work and Masters of Public Health degrees from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She traveled to Engeye in 2013 to work with clinic staff and Village Health Teams to assess community access to health systems and risk factors for maternal mortality, as part of Engeye’s partnership with UIC.

In addition to her work with Engeye, Erin also serves on the Board of ONE: Northside, a community grassroots organization working in Chicago neighborhoods to preserve and increase affordable housing, decrease violence and engage youth.
