Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a minor in Sustainable Environments from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo in 2014. She began working with Engeye in 2013 when she was presented with the opportunity to design a Business, Education, and Training Center in Ddegeya. For her architectural senior thesis, she performed a detailed site analysis during her visit to Engeye in 2014, met with local builders, and designed the vocational center for future construction. Additionally, Jessica has been involved with the design and construction of new Engeye staff housing. Her goal is to use her passion for architecture as a means to provide sustainable and reliable infrastructure in rural communities around the world.
