Dr. Brooke Lamparello is a family medicine resident at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. She has a special interest in women’s and maternal health and refugee populations. She first traveled to Engeye in January of 2017 and has been actively involved with Engeye’s medical committee and women’s health subcommittee since.
In addition to women’s health, Dr. Lamparello’s passions involve teaching medical students and residents, global health, and clinical research. Prior to matriculation in medical school, she worked as a clinical research at the Joslin Diabetes Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Outside of Engeye, she is also actively involved with various volunteer organizations in the Albany, NY community.
