Phillo joined Engeye in 2021, she is a hardworking, compassionate, and born of Sembabule. An enrolled comprehensive Nurse from Rakai community school of Nursing. She was connected to Engeye from St. Agatha health center III Lwebitakuli. She appreciates the electronic system at the facility that makes work run smooth.  She looks forward to improving her education, spends most of the with her children and family.
