Engeye is funded primarily through individual donations, with some additional support from patient fees and small grants. In addition, Engeye is supported professionally through the generous time and passion of its many US volunteers either travelling to Uganda or working on its board and committees. It is through the compassionate giving of others that Engeye is able to empower the community of Ddegeya to support itself.

At Engeye we strive to stretch every donated dollar to achieve the maximum potential good on the ground in Uganda. In 2018, 94% of donations were sent to Uganda, with only 6% staying in the US to cover administrative costs. Engeye, Inc. has no U.S. employees, so that we can ensure the most support of our programs. Help us help the people of the village of Ddegeya to thrive in good health and quality education!
