Engeye is funded primarily through individual donations, with support from patient fees and small grants. In addition, Engeye is supported professionally through the generous time and passion of its many U.S. volunteers either traveling to Uganda or working on its board and committees.

It is through the compassionate giving of others that Engeye is able to empower the community of Ddegeya to support itself.

Gifts from employees’ spouses and retirees can sometimes also apply for a match.Please check with human resources or your payroll to see if a program exists at your workplace.

Facebook may make a donation to the non-profit you have chosen to help support your fundraiser and encourage more people to fundraise for a causes you care about.Create a fundraiser by following these steps:

Click Fundraisers in the left menu of your feed
Click + Raise Money
Select Nonprofit or Charity
Select Engeye as your charitableyorganization, fill in your own fundraiser details or use the default text and choose a cover photo
Click ‘create’ to start raising funds & awareness for Engeye

Instagram Fundraiser

With a few clicks, you can support Engeye, and help spread the word to collect donations from your followers on Instagram.Follow these steps to add a donation sticker to share on your Instagram Story:

In Instagram, open the camera and take or upload a photo that best highlights your cause
Tap the sticker icon and select the donate sticker
Select Engeye for the non-profit organization

Tap ‘send’ and then tap the share icon next to your story to post
